When you find that piece of jewelry that speaks
to you, you will hear it.
A ring, a pendant, a necklace, or a bracelet; it feels so uniquely you.
Every time you place it around your neck, or look at it on your hand,
it just feels right.
That same feeling you get from your jewelry is at the very heart of
every jewelry designer. They do this work because they love it. They
understand the beauty of jewelry because it is their passion.
At Heller Jewelers we understand
the beauty of fine jewelry. Helping you to find that perfect piece for
yourself or the one you love is our passion. That is why we are proud
to carry an extensive selection of designer jewelry for you to choose
from.

A native of the Netherlands, Cornelis Hollander studied art and jewelry design at the Vrije Academie in Den Haag, Holland. As a young graduate, he apprenticed for two years in Hattan Gardens, London's renowned jewelry district. Adventure then called young Cornelis to Johannesburg, South Africa, the diamond and gold capital of the world. Here he opened his own studio and started designing jewelry without boundaries. After a few years in South Africa, adventure called again-this time to America, where Cornelis and his family settled in Phoenix, Arizona.
Over the years, his natural talent was refined by education, travel and diversified cultural experience. Today he is one of the premiere jewelry designers in the world. When asked how he comes up with new design ideas, he replies, "It's like poetry. When a poet sees beautiful scenery, a poem naturally flows into his mind. Just by looking at a beautiful gemstone, I can envision the finished piece. That's why I say creativity is akin to a waterfall-all of the elements fall together".
Old-world training experience, combined with state-of-the-art innovations, make Cornelis Hollander a jewelry designer of distinction. His passion for beauty, his dedication to excellence and his unique vision promise a future filled with elegant, wearable art in motion.

Compared to many of today's prestigious designers, Norman Covan takes a non-traditional approach to jewelry design. He is not apprehensive about taking risks with his pieces while incorporating the consistency of exemplary craftsmanship that is unprecedented in today's jewelry market. Norman Covan prides himself on taking a hands-on approach to his business. He personally supervises every piece of jewelry crafted by his company, maintaining the quality he demands for his customers.
Norman Covan's love of retro-modern designs is evident in many of his pieces. By examining the gamut of his collection, from his chandelier earrings or pave set designs, to his award winning micro set collection, he is influenced by both the classical French styles of the 1920's as well as the boldly contemporary multi-color diamond high fashion jewelry of today's world.
One common thread is evident… quality. Norman Covan consistently selects a high grade of gems. This task combined with his desire for excellence in setting style and innovation in artistic design concepts have earned Norman Covan the superior reputation he has worked so diligently to obtain.

The Grando name represents the oldest name in Vicenza, Italy for fine jewelry manufacturing. It all began with Stefano's grandfather, Iginio who co-founded the original handmade jewelry manufacturing company of Vicenza in 1890.
Stefano Grando began to work in his family's company when he was fourteen. By the age of 24 he was the plant manager of one of the foremost jewelry manufacturing companies in the world.
Stefano and Nancy met while working for OroAmerica. They immediately felt a connection, although they were from different parts of the world and spoke different languages. As their ability to communicate grew, they soon became aware that they shared a similar background, as well as a passion for the jewelry industry. They married in 1986 and several years later decided to form their own jewelry design and manufacturing company. In January they gave birth to Grando, Inc.; several days after their first and only child was born. The designs of Grando, represents a timeless elegance, that is born in the long history of the Grando family's commitment to excellence and beauty.
