BELOVED LIFESTYLE BRAND ANTHROPOLOGIE SET TO OPEN AT CITY CENTER BISHOP RANCH
Other new additions to the center include Gio Gelati, Heller Jewelers and Joe & The Juice
San Ramon, Calif. – (October 3, 2018) – City Center Bishop Ranch, the 300,000-square-foot shopping, dining and entertainment destination, announced today that Anthropologie, the popular lifestyle store owned by Urban Outfitters, Inc. (NASDAQ: URBN), will open a 9,000-square-foot store at the center in Spring 2019.
“Anthropologie complements the vision of City Center Bishop Ranch,” said Alexander Mehran Jr., president and chief operating officer of Sunset Development Company, developer of City Center Bishop Ranch. “Like the center itself, the store celebrates fashion, art, culture and design. Anthropologie is beloved by its customers, and we’re confident Tri-Valley residents will be excited to shop at this beautiful new store while shopping at our other boutiques or dining at one of our restaurants.”
Anthropologie at City Center Bishop Ranch will feature the brand’s signature mix of apparel, accessories, beauty and home décor.
In addition to Anthropologie, Sunset Development announced several other new City Center tenants, including:
— Gio Gelati, which offers authentic Italian gelato in unique combinations and flavors, made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
— Heller Jewelers, a local, family-owned Official Rolex Jeweler with a strong focus on exemplary customer service. Their warm, welcoming atmosphere, coupled with extensive unique designs and handcrafted one of a kind pieces led them to being named Best Jewelry Store of the East Bay in 2018.
— Joe & The Juice, the Scandinavian coffee and juice concept that uses high-quality, natural and organic ingredients in its freshly prepared juices.

In addition to the center’s anchors, THE LOT and Equinox, these new additions will join many other City Center Bishop Ranch retail and dining tenants including, The Slanted Door, MIXT, C CASA, Mendocino Farms, Boba Guys, Curry Up Now, Delarosa, Fieldwork Brewing Company, Ramen Hiroshi, Roam Artisan Burgers, SOCIAL-AFFAIR, Athleta, M, a new venture by fashion supermodel Maggie Rizer, Alys Grace, a Bay Area-based upscale women’s clothing boutique, Trader, the. piece. Store, On the Edge, Williams Sonoma, Pottery Barn and West Elm. Retailers are scheduled to begin opening in November 2018.
