Heller Couples: Laura & Ian

Laura and Ian first met just a few weeks before beginning their freshman year at UC Davis. Ian was a member of the water polo team, while Laura competed on the swim team. Seeing each other every day during training, they quickly became friends. Ian invited Laura to be his date to a party before freshman year officially began, while they were both on campus early for training.

Although their connection started in college, it wasn't until after graduation when they both happened to move to San Francisco. That is when their friendship turned into something more. The rest, as they say, is history.

Nearly three years ago, they moved back back to the East Bay to Lafayette, where they share life with their beloved dog.

As their relationship reached its next chapter, Laura and Ian began searching for the perfect engagement ring. Their journey led them to Heller Jewelers, where they immediately found a diamond that captured their hearts.

"We came in a few months ago when we were looking to start ring shopping, and immediately fell in love with this diamond," they shared. "The team was super helpful and made our vision come to life. It is everything we could have imagined and more!"
