Supporting Moment by Moment

Heller Jewelers was in attendance Tuesday May 14th supporting Moment by Moment. A non-profit foundation capturing the love, hope, and determination of Bay Area Families with a child facing life limiting illness. Each Family receives a session, flash drive and gift card to make prints at no charge. Moment by Moment has been presented with the Children?s Hospice International Award for Achievement and the Northern California Jefferson Award.
